💥🚀👉ADOPTABLE WEIM
Hi there! My name is Waylon, and I am a 7-month-old wild boy who is ready for my forever family!
First, you need to know that I have 2 modes: go hard and go harder! I love to play with my foster family and my 2 blue foster brothers. We play a ton and they are a lot bigger than me, but I can hold my own. I only weigh 50 lbs. right now, so I am on the smaller
side, but don’t let that fool you, I can run with the big dogs! It also means that I am as cute as a button. My full tail and bright white patch on my chest add to the cuteness so much that it is almost overload!
I will need a lot of exercise in my new home as I am still growing and full of energy. They have introduced me to the lake as my foster brothers swim and dock dive, and I am curious about the water but will not go in past my chest yet. I have picked up the
jumping part and love to jump off things. Like all things! And it is so cool to watch. I am fast as a rocket and can complete full 360s when launching myself for a toy. I would love to stay super active and keep working on agility, so my new family needs to be an
active one that includes me on adventures and in new experiences. I am great with kids of all ages but may be too boisterous for really young ones. I have never been around cats..?
When I am not playing with the humans or other dogs, I am either trying to eat the plants in the house, steal the TP rolls from the bathrooms, collect your clothes and shoes and move them all to the couch, stealing the human kids’ plushies, playing keep
away with the other dogs, or sleeping on the humans. I love to drape myself across their legs and stomach to sleep, which results in some great snuggles and hilarious mishaps. If you let me sleep with you in bed, that would be heaven.
Housetraining is coming along well. I can use a dog door to go in and out but sometimes it hits me too fast to make it all the way downstairs to the door and I have an accident. I am good in the house and when the humans leave, I am given free run with
the other dogs and do super well. I hold true to the breed standards for personality and energy. Highly affectionate with my
people, super-duper intelligent, stubborn, alert to strangers with a bark, but quiet in the house, and obedient, when I want to be.
My family will need to have breed experience, and consistent structured leadership, as I still need a lot of instruction and a family that can help me grow through finding my place in the pack. I learn new things fast but need you to intervene as I need to be reminded of the rules from time to time. I would do best with other outgoing dogs, that can assert themselves with me in my new home, but if you can give me enough exercise and exposure to other dogs, I could see myself as an only dog in my forever home.
