Franklin was pulled from an area animal shelter. His medical needs are being extensively addressed including a refeeding plan due to his severe emaciated condition. We are grateful to his foster family who is taking excellent care of Franklin while we navigate his recovery.

It will be months before Franklin is medically cleared for adoption. We're not taking applications for him at this time.
