Henry is a full blooded Treeing Walker Coon Hound. If you are not familiar with the breed, PLEASE do your research! We have had many many in the rescue because hound dogs are the number one dumped breed of dogs. When they won't hunt properly, their owners take them for the "ride" So Henry was dumped. Fortunately, they dumped him here at the rescue in the middle of the night. Walker hounds are the big goofballs of the hound family. Once you have one, they're like potato chips, you always want more! Henry has been chased and intimidated by our pesky Chihuahuas and he just could care less, he thinks they're little toys that make noise! He's wonderful with kids as well. His favorite thing to do is play with himself. He runs around the yard doing his zoomies, then he stops to pick up a toy, throws it up in the air and catches it! He's a one dog show! If you don't have a spacious fenced in yard, please do not apply, he needs lots of room to play and run. He has been neutered and vaccinated. He crate trained and heart worm negative. He is ready for immediate adoption. If you're ready for lots of fun and goofiness, he's your man!
