Tulip came to us as a very underweight stray, so we know nothing of her background. We do know that she's absolute love bug who is excited to meet everyone, but more excited to follow her nose (in true hound fashion). We believe she's around 6yrs old, but her energy level far from reflects it! A secure yard is going to be key for this girl.
