DESCRIPTION
Fernando is a handsome 2 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound boy waiting in the Atlanta area for a new home after being picked up as a stray. His mission in life is to seek out as much affection as possible. Weighing 57 lbs, Fernando would be too enthusiastic for young children but would probably be perfect for an older child who wants a hound buddy that likes to run, play, and snuggle. He gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home, even the bossy senior. When Fernando encountered cats in a crate at the vets office, he was curious but not aggressive. He has a beautiful bay and is the perfect car passenger, preferring to lay down for the trip. He is cratetrained and housetrained with a doggy door.
