Lux is a smart and playful little girl with a mischievous streak. She can be shy when meeting someone new and may need a little time to feel comfortable, but once she's had a few minutes to warm up, her personality really comes out. She enjoys pets, gives kisses, and loves using her front paws to explore everything around her and get your attention. She has a good amount of puppy energy, loves to wrestle and play with other dogs, and has been respectful of the adult dog in her foster home. She may especially enjoy a home with an active canine playmate.

Lux is also a clever little problem solver and picked up on "sit" quickly. She is a bit of an escape artist, so a securely fenced yard or tall playpen will be important for this smart girl! She is doing well with potty training, uses pee pads, and will potty outside when given the opportunity. She also sleeps well through the night and does great with nail trims and grinding. Lux isn't a big fan of being picked up and can be a bit stiff when she is, but once she trusts you, she will happily come to you for pets and kisses and even climbing in and out of your lap while you sit on the floor at her level, showing you her toys and using your lap as her doggy bed. She's a charmer!
