Hello! My name is Darla. I'm looking for my forever home here at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.

When I arrived, I tested positive for heartworms - but thanks to the amazing team here, I'm receiving treatment and doing well. I'm still available for adoption today and excited to meet my future family!

To stay on track with my recovery, I'll need to return to our Animal Health Center (AHC) for scheduled appointments. During this time, I'll need calm care and gentle leash walks to help me heal.
