Thomas is a young Terrier mix who arrived as a stray from Kern County. He has a low to moderate energy level and a gentle demeanor, but he can be shy and fearful when first meeting new people.

He does well with other dogs and would benefit from a calm household that allows him time to settle in and gain confidence. Thomas is still learning to trust, but with patience and consistency, he can become a loving and devoted companion.
