Rex-in a Foster Home - Terrier and Hound Dog for Adoption in South Bend, Indiana

These active puppies are simply adorable! There are five boys and one girl, and they are all ready to find loving homes where they can grow, learn, and become the best dogs they can be.

Like all puppies, they will need plenty of love, patience, training, and guidance as they grow. They are mixed-breed puppies, so their adult size is unknown. Their mom is a terrier/hound mix and weighs about 21 pounds, which may give you some idea of their potential size, but there are no guarantees.

These little ones are both active and fun, and they have been around older children. A home with a securely fenced yard is preferred so they have plenty of room to play and explore.

The puppies are currently in a foster home, so they do not attend regular adoption events. If you would like to meet one of these adorable pups, please fill out an adoption application, and we will contact you to arrange a time and day for a meet-and-greet.

Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows.
