Canteen came to us from a hoarding situation, so she can be a little shy when meeting new people. But give her just a little time, and she’ll be warming up to you before you know it! Once she feels comfortable, this girl is all about lap snuggles, sweet kisses, and soaking up the love.
Canteen would love a calm, patient home where she can continue building her confidence. Because she can be nervous in new situations, she would do best in a home without young children. She has potential to live with another dog with a proper introduction, but she would prefer a home without feline roommates.
