When Peach and Bowser first came to us, they were extremely shy, shut down, and unsure of the people around them. But little by little, something beautiful has happened — theyve learned to trust.

Thanks to our amazing staff spending time with them every day, these two have formed wonderful bonds with the people caring for them. And that tells us something very important: they CAN trust, they CAN bond, and they have so much love to give.

Peach is a young Chiweenie with a whole lot of energy and personality once she feels comfortable!

Bowser can be a little shy at first and needs some time to decide that youre his person.

Neither of these pups may fall in love with you in the first five minutes — and thats okay. They may need a few visits to get to know you and feel safe. But once they trust you, they are incredibly sweet and loving.

Sometimes the best relationships take a little time. Peach and Bowser just need someone willing to give them that chance.
