Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Pennington, New Jersey

When this sweet 9-month-old girl wandered up to the neighbor of one of our rescue partners, she seemed to be on a mission.

Maybe she felt that help was just around the corner. Maybe she caught the scent of a few friendly dogs. Or maybe she was simply making excellent life choices.

Whatever the reason, she showed up, was welcomed inside, enjoyed a good meal and some attention, and hasn't looked back since.

Now being fostered by our rescue partner, Bordy's proving to be "an absolute doll." Currently at about 30 pounds, she's playful, curious, affectionate, and always eager to be part of whatever's happening. She loves spending time with the other dogs on the property and overseeing the comings and goings of a Southern doggie rescue.

When Bordy's not supervising canine activities or finishing a round of zoomies in the yard, you'll find her curled up on the couch for TV time, keeping someone's lap warm while they read, giving subtle hints that perhaps it's dinner time, or generally soaking up all the attention she can get. This sweet girl is still discovering the world, and every day seems to bring a new adventure, met with a wagging tail and an enthusiastic spirit.

We can't imagine how such a loving, well-behaved, wonderful young dog ended up on her own, but we're certainly grateful she found her way to just the right doorstep.
