Magnolia was born approximately November 17 th 2020, ,we were not sure of her age and did an Embark DNA age test on her and this is what it came back with... she weighs 26 lbs ,she a true Heinz 57 .. her Dna shows quite a mixture of breeds . the main ones being Pekingese and Chihuahua..!!!!.shes a sweet girl ,she only has one good eye , our eye vet thinks she was either born that way or suffered an injury and is unable to see out of her left eye ,it doesnt seem to
affect her and she gets around just like her buddies with two good eyes

She is fully house trained, and goes to the bathroom very well on a leash
- she was an angel for her bath and the groomer, she tolerates everything very well and I am able to rub her belly, brush her, clean her paws, and wipe her face without any issues
- she is sleeping through the night and rarely barks
- she hasnt shown interest in toys yet but loves going for walks to smell everything, and will take all the rubs and affection you can give
- shes very mellow/well behaved and will sleep quietly in her bed throughout the day when you are busy with other things

The adoption fee is $400
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered,microchipped , vaccines including Rabies,Dhpp,Bordatella and Canine Ingluenza and all are on monthly preventatives for Heartworms,Fleas/Ticks and Parasites
