Bubbles - NEW - Terrier Dog for Adoption in Niagara Falls, Ontario

Sweet, friendly and full of personality, two-year-old Bubbles is an 11 lb/5 kg charmer who loves cuddles, kisses and being part of the action.

Bubbles adores following her foster family around the house, greeting them with enthusiastic zoomies and hanging out together on the couch. She enjoys running around the backyard, going for short walks, bone treats and her squeaky toys — but has never chewed anything she shouldn’t (good job, Bubbles!).
She’s naturally friendly with new people and comfortable with other dogs, although she may bark back if another dog barks at her. Bubbles has also done very well with her foster family’s teenagers and with a visiting toddler. Her experience with cats is unknown.

A quieter environment will likely suit Bubbles best. She can be a little nervous in crowds, on busy streets or around loud noises like sirens and vacuums. She’s also unsure about stairs and sometimes needs to be begrudgingly carried in her foster parents’ arms, although she’s shown growing confidence with some of the stairs in her foster home. She enjoys her three walks a day, but can pull a bit when she spots a squirrel — who can blame her?

Bubbles is mostly housetrained and does well with a consistent bathroom schedule, although she doesn’t yet signal when she needs to go out. She has only been left alone a few times for four to five hours. She had one accident the first time, but on subsequent occasions has simply spent the time sleeping and eating.
Bubbles would thrive with a loving family or person who enjoys having an affectionate little companion around, with a backyard where she can frolic as an added bonus.
