With his charmingly scruffy, off-white, wiry coat and those magnificent, always-listening prick ears, Blanco looks like a living cartoon character in the best way possible. He's the kind of dog that stops traffic on walks just so people can ask, "What kind of dog is that?!"

CAILLOU does have a slight limp on his front leg by the vet says he is just fine!

Caillou is currently located in Puerto Rico. He will be transported once an adoption is approved.
