DESCRIPTION
As we were locking up tonight... here comes the “just one more thing”
Two little faces. About 6 months old. About 30 lbs. And completely out of options.
They were found months ago on the side of the road with a litter. The finder tried to do the right thing and went to Animal Control but without ID, they couldn't surrender. Puppies were handed off in a parking lot... and these two girls were kept.
Fast forward to tonight...
They can't stay where they are. They were never really supposed to be there to begin with per landlord and eviction has been threatened. And now there's nowhere for them to go.
So here we are.
Because that's how this always goes.
Meet Carmen & Carmelita
Scared. Confused. Sweet girls who didn't ask for any of this and need a foster and a place they belong.
FOSTER NEEDED – give them a place to land, decompress, and start their next chapter.
DONATIONS NEEDED – vetting, vaccines, and care.
This is the reality of the overpopulation crisis.
And we figure it out... because of YOU.
Let's give them the ending they deserve... not the one they were headed for.
