Meet Boogy - A Little Dog with a Big Heart and an Even Bigger Personality!

Don't let Boogy's age fool you-this 9-year-old Dachshund/Terrier mix is absolutely full of life, energy, and love! Whether he's carrying around his favorite toy, exploring the yard, or soaking up attention from his people, Boogy lives every day with a happy spirit that's impossible not to love.

Boogy came to us through no fault of his own after his beloved owner could no longer care for him due to health issues. Now he's hoping for a second chance with a family who will love him just as much as he'll love them.

This handsome black-and-brown boy gets along great with other dogs, loves kids, and seems to be potty trained, making him an easy companion to welcome into almost any home. His favorite things? Toys, belly rubs, and being wherever his people are.

Boogy is currently receiving medicated baths for some skin flakiness, and his coat is already growing back beautifully. He's taking it all in stride and doesn't let it slow him down one bit!

Boogy may be a senior by age, but his heart is young, his tail is always ready to wag, and he has so much love left to give. ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
