Xavier - Terrier Dog for Adoption in Horn Lake, Mississippi

Meet Xavier: Xavier is about a 2 year old (as of July 2026) terrier mix (best guess) that weighs about 25 pounds. Xavier was taken in by Memphis animal control early in June of this year. Being so cute, it's hard to believe he was being overlooked at the shelter, but he was more reserved and not front and center tail wagging. Xavier is now being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Xavier took a few days to stop avoiding being touched or petted, but he's an adjusted pet now! Xavier is friendly and attentive and affectionate. He's great with other dogs. Xavier is house trained and is willing to go outside in the pouring rain for a potty break. We would love for Xavier to have a home with a fenced in yard so he can roam and play freely. Xavier is up to date on his shots and neutered.
