This little gal is just adorable! Her breed? Your guess is as good as ours. Maybe a little bit of everything!
Chu Chu came in as a stray and sadly no one came looking for her. She has. a delightful, fun personality. She is brimming with enthusiasm and truly loves people. She's very sweet. She arrived with another dog, but has been timid in the play yard thus far.

Dogs that are not yet spayed or neutered are available for "Foster-to-Adopt."
Please note: We only offer fostering to individuals in and around Nevada County.
Our foster-to-adopt program is for dogs awaiting their spay or neuter. During this period, youll foster until their spay/neuter surgery is complete, after which the adoption becomes official.
Adoption fee is $125.00. Nevada County Animal Shelter dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and are up to date on their flea, tick and heartworm prevention prior to adoption.
