Veles is an approximately 2‐year‐old Chihuahua mix weighing about 17.4 pounds. He came to us from animal control with an upper respiratory infection and went straight to our partner hospital for treatment. After completing his care, he has now been fully cleared and is ready for a new home.

Veles is a sweet guy with a gentle personality. He does well with other dogs who are calm, and he's been easy to manage here at the rescue. Once he feels comfortable, he enjoys companionship and settles in nicely.

His adoption fee is $300.

Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.

Upon intake, every animal receives:

Spay/neuter surgery

Microchip

All age‐appropriate vaccinations

Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)

Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.
