Meet Flip Flop
Flip Flop may have a funny name, but this sweet pup is taking life at a very un-funny-to-him speed. New people, new places, and all the hustle and bustle can be a little overwhelming, so Flip Flop would much rather take things one tiny step (or paw) at a time.
He's definitely not the "HI, NICE TO MEET YOU, LET'S BE BEST FRIENDS!" type. He's more of a "I'll be over here observing you from a safe distance... please don't make it weird" kind of guy.
Flip Flop will need a patient, understanding family who will give him the time and space he needs to feel safe. Once he realizes you're here to spoil him rather than scare him, we're confident that those little flip-flops will start turning into happy zoomies!
He may need some time to come out of his shell, but we think watching his confidence grow will be one of the most rewarding parts of adopting him. He just needs someone willing to slow down, earn his trust, and let him discover that the world isn't so scary after all.
Flip Flop isn't looking for a family who expects him to be fearless-he's looking for the family who will patiently help him find his brave.
