Lady is a sweet, gentle-natured dog seeking the love and security of her forever family.

She prefers to take things at her own pace, but once she feels comfortable, this girl shines bright with her playful and warmhearted nature. She likes to trot around while checking out all the scents in the play yards, even catching the zoomies from time to time. She gives precious kisses, and she'll snuggle against you.

Lady is housebroken and waits patiently for her potty breaks outside. She isn't much of a treat or toy girl, but she eats her dinner like a champ. Thunderstorms don't faze her one bit, and while stairs made her a little unsure at first, she figured them out in no time. She lived with another dog before, and she passed her cat test at the shelter.

She stays calm on a leash, even when she spots other people or dogs, and she really lights up when she's outside, curiously exploring all there is to see and smell. Lady has a heart murmur, so she tires out faster than most dogs. Her idea of a perfect walk is a short, sniffy stroll with plenty of time to lie down and take in the view, which makes her a wonderful match for someone who loves a slower pace.
