Shady is a gorgeous, big, bubbly gal looking to be back in a loving home. She lived with other dogs previously, is house trained, crate trained, and lived with teenagers. Shadys favorite activity is to play tug of war. If you like big dogs- this gal is fantastic!!

No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption.

If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.

Upon visiting FAPL, if you dont see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
