If you've ever looked at a little dog and thought, I can fix her worries with snacks and love, Cecelia may be your girl.
At 4-5 years old and about 22 pounds, Cecelia is a petite sweetheart with adorable ears, soulful eyes, and enough personality to keep life interesting.
Now, full disclosure: Cecelia is an anxious girl. New things can be scary for her, and when she's frightened, she has an impressively dramatic, ear-piercing bark that could probably be heard from the next zip code. But underneath all that nervous energy is a very cute dog who just wants to feel safe.
