Rosco is about a year old, Terrier mix, full grown at 30 pounds, and he is looking for a very special forever home.
This handsome boy was rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico, where he was found alone, underweight, and neglected. Despite everything he has been through, Rosco has the biggest heart. He is house-trained, rarely barks, and absolutely adores people. His favorite place is right by your side, soaking up all the love and attention he can get.
Rosco isn't looking for luxury. He's looking for kindness. For someone who will show him that life can be more than just surviving—it can be filled with love, comfort, belly rubs, and happy memories.
He is fully vetted, neutered, and ready to begin his next chapter.
