Prima - Terrier Dog for Adoption in Columbia, Illinois
PRIMA
Terrier
🇺🇸
Columbia, Illinois
September 6th
female, small, young
DESCRIPTION
Prima is ready for a fresh start! She recently came from a crowded living situation. The world feels scary and everything about being in a traditional home will be brand new to her. Her new family will need to help her understand housebreaking, how to play with toys, ask for pets, and walk on a leash. New sounds and fast movements can startle Prima. She is a flight risk and will need to take things at her own pace as she learns the world is a safe place. Watching a confident resident dog would help her realize that humans can be trusted. If you are an experienced owner with an open heart, please reach out to meet Prima today!
Prima is two years old and weighs 10 pounds.
All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting a dog, please stop by the shelter during open hours. Dogs may be in a foster home, therefore scheduling an appointment is recommended. If you have an existing dog at home, we recommend bringing it along to meet your possible new family member.
