Stanley is an 8-month old 35-lb pup who was adopted from Mountain Pet Rescue as a little puppy and recently was surrendered because his people were moving and were unable to take him with them. He is now back and doing great with his original foster family and is ready to find his forever home and family.Stanley loves going on walks and hikes with his foster family, playing with the resident dog and other dogs who come over to visit, meeting new people and dogs during neighborhood walks, and self-entertaining with his toys. When the activity calms down, he turns into a total snuggle bug, whether it’s cozying up with one of his humans or their dog. Stanley is fully house trained, eager to please, and looking for love! Some of his baby pics are listed towards the end of the photos.Stanley is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and started on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $250 and you can apply to adopt at mpravl.org.
All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.
Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
