Meet Lucy & Molly – a Love Story That Comes as a Pair

Lucy and Molly aren’t just sisters in spirit — they’re a bonded duo whose hearts beat best side by side. These adorable terrier mixes, around 3–4 years old, have shared every chapter of life together and are looking for a forever home that will welcome both of them with open arms.

Their journey hasn’t been easy. Lucy and Molly once lived in a home with nearly 40 other dogs. When their owner passed away, their world changed overnight, and they found themselves in a shelter — confused, overwhelmed, but still holding on to each other. Through it all, their bond remained their safe place.

Now in foster care, these two have truly blossomed. Lucy, the bigger of the pair, tends to lead the way with quiet confidence, while Molly happily follows her best friend wherever the adventure goes. Together, they’ve made themselves right at home — exploring cozy beds, learning what toys are for, and discovering that the world can actually be a pretty wonderful place.

They’re just beginning to venture out and experience life beyond what they once knew. Everything is new: walks, routines, and learning those all important “puppy manners.” Because of their past, Lucy and Molly will need a patient, understanding family willing to gently show them the ropes and celebrate the small victories along the way.

The good news? They get along well with other dogs, thrive as a team, and have so much love to give. Watching Lucy and Molly together is truly special — two souls who’ve leaned on one another through loss and change, now ready for the next chapter. Lucy weighs 23 pounds and Molly weighs 18 pounds. Both girls are spayed, vaccinated and in excellent health.
