Trying to get a photo of Penelope is basically a full-contact sport… because this girl is pure sunshine with nonstop wiggles! Her tail has two settings: wagging and turbo-wagging.

Penelope is the definition of a happy dog. She loves everyone she meets, whether they walk on two legs or four. Dogs? Best friends. Cats? Cool roommates. Kids? Instant playmates. Strangers? Just friends she hasn’t wiggled at yet.

She’s still young and full of zest, so she’ll absolutely thrive in a home that can match her energy and give her plenty of playtime, walks, and adventures. In return, she’ll bring endless joy, laughter, and a whole lot of tail wags into your life.

The adoption fee is $95 and you receive certificates for $50 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies vaccine if not already done. All dogs are heartworm tested, receive a DHLPP, flea and tick treatment, and are dewormed.
