Howie is one of the most affectionate and happiest fosters you’ll ever meet! At just 5 months old, this adorable puppy is already winning hearts everywhere he goes.

Howie is friendly and social with everyone he meets. He has experience being around dogs and children, and he does wonderfully with them all. In his foster home, he happily plays with dogs of every size and would truly enjoy having another dog companion or kids to grow up with.

This sweet, loving boy has a gentle spirit and a joyful personality that makes every day brighter. Howie is ready to bring cuddles, fun, and unconditional love to his forever family. Could that be you? He is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all dog vaccinations. His adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to PA.
