- Adam Duke is the perfect dog for a first-time owner. He’s easy to love and quick to please.
- He loves his daily walks and is great on leash. He does stop for squirrels but is easily redirected.
- He is calm and doesn’t appreciate sudden noises or unexpected movements. This tender soul seeks an equally gentle home.
- A few of his favorite things are tummy rubs, ear scritches, crinkly toys, and collagen chews.
- His crate is his safe place, but he is trustworthy if left out (as long as food isn’t accessible).
- Adam is very calm and peaceful!! He will navigate from a couch to the floor, wherever he feels like unless he thinks he might get some scratches or belly rubs next to someone! His only bursts of energy are a happy dance when you are walking back to his station with a bowl full of food or you are picking up his leash!
- He’s a lovely host. He won’t bark at guests and will greet them calmly. He is a neighborhood favorite at the block party.
- He will be content as part of a pack or as a solo dog.
