Beauregard - Standard Poodle and Labradoodle Dog for Adoption in Atlanta, Georgia

Beauregard is a 70-pound Standard Poodle or Poodle Mix (perhaps Labradoodle) who is estimated to be around 2 years old. He was found lying on the side of a road, underweight at 55 lbs and his beautiful hair all matted—he was neglected and discarded. He was taken in by a Tiny Paws volunteer and went through the county's process of being put into the system in order to give someone a chance to reclaim him before he could legally be ours. Even though he is much larger than the typical dog our rescue takes in, we had fosters for him and knew we couldn't turn him away.

Now that he has received the medical care, nourishment, and professional grooming he desperately needed, he has shed his sad past—revealing the happy and playful pup he was meant to be! Beauregard is resilient and ready to live his very best life in his forever home.

He is the ultimate "play hard, nap hard" kind of dog. He loves a good play session to burn off his youthful energy, followed by a nap. He will gladly curl right up with you for maximum cuddle time and might even try to crawl in your lap as he often seems to think he is a 10-pound lap dog like his some of his foster siblings!

Beauregard is not only loving and playful, but he's also house trained, crate trained, and great on a leash!

Beauregard's adoption fee is $600. He will come to you already neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

Preference is given to applicants located within the metro Atlanta area. Applications from outside this area may be considered under certain circumstances. Please note that non-local applications will be reviewed only after all local applications have been thoroughly evaluated.
