Thor is a 7-year-old standard poodle who did NOT get the memo that poodles are supposed to be prissy. Hes a big, goofy, velcro-glued teddy bear who thinks the best seat in the house is directly on top of your feet.

House-trained and easygoing in the car

What makes Thor, Thor:
Hes a classic standard poodle — social, affectionate, and sharp as a tack. That brain is a gift and a liability: a bored or under-exercised Thor will find his own entertainment, and you probably wont love his choices. He does best with people who keep him engaged and included in daily life. This is not a backyard dog — he wants to be wherever you are, doing whatever youre doing.

The fine print:
Standard poodle coats need real, professional grooming on a regular basis — this isnt optional, its part of the breed package. Were hoping to find Thor an adopter with prior poodle or doodle experience, or at least someone whos done their homework on the breed and has a training plan in their back pocket for that big poodle brain.
