Kipper is a young adult Spaniel mix who came to us from Kern County. He has a high energy level but is very fearful and standoffish, needing an experienced adopter who understands behaviorally complex dogs.

Kipper does okay around other dogs but does not do well with people, cats, or kids. He is an escape artist and requires a secure environment, consistency, and significant behavioral training. With the right structure, patience, and professional guidance, Kipper has the potential to make progress in a dedicated, dog-savvy home.
