Her family says "she is Incredibly sweet, affectionate, and deeply loyal. She is very playful, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and absolutely loves children". Scarlett is being left with her family until a new home can be found for her to ensure that she has a smooth transition and is not left kennel bound.
