Meet Sheba! At just 11 months old, Sheba is everything people love about Huskies wrapped up in one petite, blue-eyed package. This slim, dainty girl is bursting with personality, energy, and charm. Shes funny, clever, and always ready to make you laugh with her husky antics.

Sheba is kennel trained and about 98% potty trained. Her previous owner only allowed her outside every 12 hours, so shes done remarkably well adjusting to a normal routine. One of her most impressive qualities is her recallsomething that husky lovers know is no small feat!

When shes not zooming around the yard or supervising household activities, youll find Sheba carrying around her favorite plushie or happily working on a Benebone chew. She also has a softer side: this sweet girl absolutely loves being cradled like a baby and will happily soak up all the cuddles youre willing to give.

Sheba adores people, although she may be a little shy when meeting someone new. Dont worrythat hesitation disappears almost instantly, and before you know it, shell be asking for affection. Shes currently living in foster care with a 4-year-old female Husky and has proven herself to be dog friendly. She has not been tested extensively with cats, so her feline compatibility is still unknown.

Like many Huskies, Sheba believes mornings are meant to be enjoyed early. Very early. Expect your personal alarm clock to let you know its time to start the day around 6:00 a.m., regardless of when you went to bed the night before!

Food-wise, Sheba is a bit of a grazer. However, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on her kibble and suddenly shes convinced shes dining at a five-star restaurant. She has shown no food or toy guarding in foster care. She previously lived with a younger Cane Corso puppy and would occasionally try to keep prized toys or chews to herself, but she responded beautifully to verbal corrections and learned to share.

Shebas story is unfortunately all too common. She was surrendered through no fault of her own after her young owner abandoned her, leaving her with an ex-partner who already had two dogs of her own. Despite the instability, Sheba remains a loving, happy, and resilient young dog who is ready to find a forever family that will never give up on her.
