2.5 yrs old, 45-50 lbs Husky Mix
Looking for an adventure buddy who also happens to be an expert cuddler? Meet Elsa!
Elsa is a beautiful, active, affectionate girl who loves making memories with her people. Whether it's hiking a trail, swimming in a lake, going for a car ride, exploring a dog park, or even trying paddle boarding for the very first time (which she absolutely rocked!), Elsa is always ready for the next adventure.
Elsa's Favorite Things:
 Swimming and playing in the water
 Walks and outdoor adventures
 Car rides
 Paddle boarding
 Being brushed and pampered
 Cuddling with her humans
 Meeting new people
 Playing with dogs in neutral environments like dog parks
 Getting ALL the attention
Elsa is:
 House trained
 Crate trained (sleeps quietly through the night)
 Great on a leash
 Good in the car
 Friendly with people
 Wonderful with children
 Loving, loyal, and affectionate
Important: Elsa Needs to Be an Only Dog
Elsa loves people, ADORES KIDS, and thrives on human companionship. While she can enjoy playing with other dogs in places like dog parks, she becomes very uncomfortable sharing her home and her people with other dogs. She can be resource possessive in the home environment and has shown that she needs a home where she doesn't have to compete with other pets for space or attention.
Because of this, Elsa is looking for a family where she can be the one and only dog. We want to set her up for success and ensure she never has to return to a shelter because of a mismatch in expectations.
In the right home, Elsa will reward you with endless affection, loyalty, laughter, and companionship. She is truly a sweetheart who deserves a family willing to love her for exactly who she is.

She has been spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, & she's current on monthly preventions. She's in a foster home in the DFW area.
