Looking for a Husky who breaks all the usual rules? Meet our independent, sun-worshipping boy! Unlike your typical high-strung Husky, he is an easygoing, medium-to-low energy gentleman who prefers spending his days lounging outside and sunbathing. He is incredibly loving but values his independence—he is not a "Velcro" dog and happily enjoys his alone time. When he wants affection, he will politely sit with his back to you, readjusting until you get the hint to scratch his back, neck, and ears.

This boy absolutely loves other dogs and requires a home with a canine sibling. He does great with dogs of all sizes and genders, from 5lb Yorkies to Great Danes. While he is generally a peaceful, beta male who avoids conflict, he has the confidence to stand his ground if an intact male approaches him aggressively. He currently lives with a lazy older bulldog, but he would truly blossom with a playful resident dog who matches his love for canine companionship!

He is the ultimate adventure partner—always ready for walks, car rides, hiking, and camping. He is very quiet for a Husky (thanks to previous training), soft-mouthed with treats, and acts as a watchful, quiet protector of the home. He is untested with cats but could do well with a patient, proper introduction. Please note he has a sensitive stomach, so he stays healthy and happy on a simple diet with freeze-dried beef liver treats!
