Roscoe is a 5-year-old neutered Siberian Husky who came to us through no fault of his own. He is an incredibly good boy who is pretty neutral when it comes to both people and other dogs. He doesn’t feel the need to be everyone’s best friend, but he is perfectly happy to hang out and do his own thing.
Of course, being a Husky, Roscoe does come with all the required Husky features. He is smart, sassy, happy, and absolutely willing to let you know when he disagrees with something. Minor inconvenience? Prepare yourself for a full Husky commentary. He has opinions, and he is not shy about sharing them!
Roscoe has been doing great in his training classes and is proving just how smart he is. In fact, he has gotten comfortable enough during class that he will happily lay down right in the middle of everything. Apparently, learning is exhausting.
He has also done well with a few on-leash greetings with other dogs, so while he isn't a dog who needs to be best friends with everyone, he has shown us that he can politely coexist and interact with other dogs. Cats, on the other hand, might be a little too much fun for a Husky brain, so a cat-free home would probably be best for Roscoe.
We would love nothing more than to see Roscoe walk out of our doors with someone who appreciates all the wonderful things that make him Roscoe.
He is current with vaccines, neutered and microchipped. His approximate date of birth is 9-11-21.
