Meet Bruno!

Some of our dogs come to us as adults, some arrive in difficult circumstances, and some have been with us since they were tiny puppies. Bruno is one of those special stories.

We adopted Bruno out when he was just 3 months old. He grew up with his family, and when they later moved to another province, circumstances changed and Bruno needed to come back to us.

And when we say our dogs always have a place to come home to, we mean it.

We arranged to have Bruno flown back to us from a neighbouring province because we wanted our boy home safely. We don't believe that an adoption means a dog is on their own if life circumstances change. We take our dogs back, no matter how much time has passed.

Now, at 11 months old, Bruno is back with us and ready for his next chapter—and this time, we're looking for his forever home.

Bruno is an incredibly sweet young boy who loves people and enjoys being around other dogs. He's still very much a puppy, so he's got plenty of energy and will need a family who has the time and commitment to give him the exercise, training, structure, and attention that a young Husky needs.

He would likely do wonderfully with a confident, friendly older dog who can help show him the ropes.

Bruno needs a family who understands that 11 months is still puppyhood, especially when you're talking about a Husky!

He needs someone who has the time to keep him active, continue his training, provide enrichment, and help him learn how to channel all that young-dog energy.

A friendly, confident older dog could be a wonderful companion for Bruno, provided introductions are done properly.

He's sweet. He's playful. He's social. And he's already been through one big change in his young life.

We brought Bruno home because he is one of ours—and once you're one of ours, you're always one of ours.

Now we're looking for the family who will make Bruno their forever.
