Tuffy is a very sweet affectionate Shih Tzu. He weighs 17 pounds he's three years old. He's good with other dogs. He should not be with young children. The family they had to Surrender had two very young children that probably grabbed his tail which we understand that's how kids are and he nipped at the child and of course the mother is not going to put her child in danger and so it's not as if Tuffy went after the child maliciously but a lot of small dogs are very sensitive to being grabbed for more information called Char at 248-252-4344.
