Chip, Shih Tzu mix, 3 yrs., 10 lbs. Chip has been through a lot, and so he is a little scared. He was found as a stray, with terribly matted hair, fleas, and covered in stickers. He has been groomed and feels and looks so much better. He seems good with other dogs.
