DESCRIPTION
Meet Lumi. One look at this little white and grey fluff ball and you will want to scoop her up and never let go. And honestly? We completely understand. Lumi is a 3 year old female Shih Tzu — soft, round, impossibly fluffy and so adorable she barely seems real. She is the kind of dog that makes everyone in the room stop and just stare for a moment. She is sweet at heart. Genuinely, quietly, beautifully sweet. But she carries a little fear with her right now — the kind that comes from not yet knowing that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. She is learning. Slowly, steadily and bravely. And every small step forward fills our hearts completely. Lumi is the kind of dog who will take her time deciding you are safe. She will watch you. She will assess. And then — when she decides you are worthy of her trust — she will give you everything she has. The right person for Lumi is someone patient and gentle. Someone who will sit quietly with her, let her set the pace and celebrate every tiny moment of connection as the miracle it truly is. Because here is what we know about Lumi — underneath all that shyness is a sweet devoted little soul just waiting to feel safe enough to show herself fully. And when she does? She is going to be absolutely everything. Making progress every single day Lumi is not looking for a busy chaotic home. She is looking for a warm quiet space where someone will hold her gently, speak to her softly and give her all the time in the world to become the dog she already is inside. She just needs someone to believe in her first.
