Meet Della!
Della is a sweet 8-week-old Shitzu/Poodle mix. Her mom is most likely part of the same breeds with maybe some Yorkie. Whichever the breeds they are darn cute. Della will require regular grooming.
Della is a gentle, affectionate pup who loves romping around with her siblings — but she is usually one of the more independent ones. She has a playful side that includes zoomies and then snuggles. She will thrive in a home that can provide structure, patience, and lots of love.
She is currently working on the basics of being a great companion and will need a consistent schedule and an adopter with puppy-raising experience. We do ask that his future family commit to enrolling in a positive training class to help her get off to the best possible start. Referrals are available upon request.
At 4.5# she is the second largest of the litter and a fluff ball. Della is scheduled to be spayed the week of August 7th. Depending on timing and circumstances, he may be available as a foster-to-adopt or can go home after his surgery.
She will go home with: • 2 of 4 core puppy vaccines • Bordetella vaccine • Microchip • Deworming treatment • Started on flea/heartworm prevention

Location Requirement: Applicants must live within 1 hour of Elkhart, IN.
Please note: We do not accept electric/underground fencing. All dogs and cats in your home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on core vaccines and preventatives for your application to be approved. Once your application is approved, we'll schedule a time for you to meet Della and take her home!
