Meet Fugi!

At 7 years old, Fugi is a sweet Shih Tzu who is ready to find a family to spend his golden years with! He's a friendly little guy who enjoys the company of other dogs and would likely do well with cats with proper introductions.

Fugi has a gentle personality and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a smaller dog who is past the puppy stage. He's happy to have some company, enjoy some attention, and settle into a comfortable routine with his people.

Fugi does have a heart murmur and has been evaluated by a veterinarian, including having an echocardiogram. He is currently on medication for his heart condition, which he will need to remain on for the rest of his life. His medical needs are something his future family will need to be prepared to manage, but we are happy to provide more information and answer questions about his care.

Please note: Fugi's medical condition, echocardiogram results, medications, and ongoing care will be discussed in more depth with his potential adopter during his adoption meeting.
