Hello! I'm currently listed on the Humane Society’s website to help me connect with as many potential adopters as possible. Although I'm available for adoption, I'm not quite ready to go to my forever home just yet as I'm waiting on my spay. I'd love to meet you—come visit me today! Nano is a petite, one-year-old pup with a gentle heart who’s still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. She can be fearful of new people and unfamiliar situations at first, but with a little time, patience, and kindness, she begins to show her sweet and loyal personality. Once she feels safe, Nano forms strong bonds and enjoys being close to her trusted humans.
Nano would thrive in a calm, structured home with teens or adults who understand the importance of giving her space when she needs it. She’s looking for a family willing to go at her pace and help build her confidence through consistency and reassurance.
She'll need some continued work with leash manners and potty training, so a patient adopter committed to positive reinforcement will help her succeed. Nano has previously lived with other dogs and may do well with a canine companion, but she has not lived with cats, so any introductions should be done slowly and thoughtfully.
With the right environment and a compassionate guide, Nano has so much potential to blossom into a devoted and loving companion.
