PECIAL NEEDS……Meet Bobbie …a female, Shih Tzu puppy born March 27, 2026. She weighs 3.5 lbs today and 10lbs is her expected weight. Bobbie was born with a “bobtail” and has some weakness in her hindquarters due to this condition that can cause issues with pooping. We have videos we can share so you can see how her gate is impacted. She had a vet visit today and it went well. The vet thinks she will be a great pet for someone. For the last 4 days she has been pooping on her own and before that she needed some assistance via manual manipulation. At this point a diaper hasn’t been necessary just some wipes. Bobbie appears to be getting stronger. She has had 2 puppy vaccines and dewormed. She is a happy puppy and has a great personality. We are looking for a special needs home that is committed to providing Bobbie’s medical care and giving her a life of love.
