Duke is a handsome 6‐year‐old Shih Tzu looking for a fresh start after being surrendered due to his owner's work schedule. Sometimes life circumstances change, and through no fault of his own, Duke found himself in need of a new family.

This sweet boy is ready to trade long days alone for a home where he can be a cherished companion. Duke has so much love to give and is hoping to find someone who will enjoy sharing their days with him, whether that's relaxing on the couch, going for leisurely walks, or simply enjoying each other's company. ❤️

With his adorable Shih Tzu charm and loving personality, Duke is sure to make a wonderful addition to a lucky family. He deserves a home where he can receive the time, attention, and affection that every dog needs to thrive.

His adoption fee is $400.

Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.

Upon intake, every animal receives:

Spay/neuter surgery
Microchip
All age‐appropriate vaccinations
Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)
Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.
