Dottie came to us from another rescue, and she's a fearful, shy girl who can be a little overwhelmed by new people and unfamiliar surroundings. She's not quite sure what to make of everything yet, and she needs someone who will understand that feeling safe takes time.

Dottie doesn't need to be pushed or rushed. She needs gentle encouragement, a calm environment, and someone willing to celebrate the little things-like the first time she chooses to come closer, accepts some affection, or lets her guard down just a bit.

She also needs regular grooming to keep her comfortable, healthy, and feeling her best.
