Java - Shih Tzu and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Fort Collins, Colorado

** Come meet me this Saturday (09.05.26) at the Fort Collins PetSmart for our Mobiles adoption event! This event is from 10am-2pm, or until all animals are adopted!

This is a first-come, first-served event, so we recommend arriving early if you have a specific furry friend in mind. PetSmart doors open at 9am, and we will begin distributing adoption numbers at that time. Please head to the back of the store and check in at the event table.

This event operates on a number system. Upon arrival, please be sure to get your number from our check in table—groups will be called in order throughout the event.

To receive a number, you must be an approved adopter within the last 3 months. Paper applications will be available on-site, and you can also apply in advance through our website.

Please note, if they are signed up to attend the event they cannot be met with or adopted prior to the event.

This cuddly puppy has lived with a foster her whole life, and came to her current foster at 3 weeks old! Friendly and loving from the start, she loves to cuddle with her favorite nap spot being your lap! But when shes all rested up shes ready to show her zoomies, carrying a favorite stuffed toy or playing with her brother. Loving to explore shes brave when it comes to new adventures and friendly with new people. She even has experience with cats, and while still learning who does and doesnt want to play, she has not shown any aggression. Being so sml she has not yet been on a leash, but has gone outside in her play pen. She is just beginning her house training as well, and will need further training. She is also working on her transition to wet food as shes been with her mama dog her whole life. She enjoys wet food best, especially if it can be warmed and is a social eater while she learns independence. Always grateful for the special attention she'll show her love with some puppy kisses and showing off her toy chasing skills! This little girl is the perfect puppy for anyone looking for a new best friend!
